As in our outlet stores, all sales are final, so please shop carefully to ensure correct sizes, etc. The Yves Delorme Outlet website will feature different discontinued products on a regular basis. Our products are offered for sale up to the limit of available stocks. YD Outlet cannot guarantee that any product will not be out of stock or otherwise unavailable. If an item that you have selected becomes unavailable after you have confirmed your order, we will inform you as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone and provide you with the option to order a different item offered on the outlet.yvesdelorme.com web site or to cancel your order. We make every effort to ensure that the prices of individual items on this web site are correct. However, should there be an error in pricing, we reserve the right to notify the customer of the correct price and give the customer the option to purchase the item at the correct price. • Ordering & Order Confirmation To order an item online, simply enter a quantity and click the "Add to Shopping Bag " button at the bottom of the page. Use the "Remove" button to erase your choices. You may view your order or begin checking out at any time by using the "Review/Checkout" button at the bottom of the page or the "Shopping Bag " icon at the top right of the page. When you have finished shopping, you will be asked for shipping and payment information. Once you have submitted your order, you will see a summary page that may be printed out for your records, and you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. Orders are processed once you click on the "Submit Order" option. Upon confirmation, your order will be submitted to YD Outlet for processing and may not be changed or cancelled except as provided in these Terms and Conditions. All orders are payable in US dollars through the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept credit cards from countries other than the United States. We do not charge your credit card until your stocked items are shipped. If any of the products in your order are unavailable, we will only charge you the prices, taxes, and shipping costs for the goods available. Virginia shipping addresses only will have a 5% sales tax added to their total.
We ship to customers in the United States only, excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, and all other U.S. possessions and territories situated outside North America. Yves Delorme, Inc., will not process any order for which a post office box or APO/FPO address is provided.
Your items usually will be shipped within 5-7 business days of receipt of the order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive e-mail notification of the shipping date and UPS tracking number.

Any failure to deliver or late delivery should be reported to our customer service department as soon as possible. In order for your claim to be accepted, please notify us of it within a maximum of seventeen (17) calendar days from the date of confirmation of your order. You should check that your shipment is correct on delivery. IF THE BOX IS OBVIOUSLY DAMAGED OR HAS BEEN OPENED, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE THE DELIVERY. ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless we shipped you an item that you did not order. In the case of damaged merchandise, YD Outlet will replace the damaged item with the same product once we receive your return. If the product is no longer available, we will issue a refund once we receive your return. Returns cannot be accepted if an item has been washed. Returns must include all tags and product inserts and the sales receipt must accompany returned items. Please retain a copy for your records.
